K Huff found us through a Facebook ad. She and her husband had been repainting their pool deck themselves every two years for the past ten years. Paint on concrete around a pool does not hold up, and by the time we got there it was peeling and patchy in spots, especially near the spa edge where the wear was worst.

This was a retired couple looking for something they would not have to think about again. After we walked them through the process and the color options, they landed on a custom blend we call Schist, a mix that reads like scattered flecks of stone, almost like diamonds catching light across the surface.

We coated the 576 square foot concrete pool deck and coping around their kidney-shaped pool and built-in spa. The surrounding paver patio stayed as-is, we focused on the concrete border that had been taking the brunt of the paint failures for years.
